Working alongside the Creative Director, I led the design strategy for Bash, South Africa’s top fashion and lifestyle platform. We unified TFG’s 3,000+ stores and 29 brands into a bold, digital-first identity blending fashion, tech, and marketplace innovation.

Impact after 1 year:

◦ 45% increase in first-time shoppers
◦ 83% multi-brand sales growth
◦ 22% rise in online turnover (R5.6 billion)

I conducted field research in South Africa, ran workshops, helped define the brand strategy, and directed design across visuals, sound, and motion. Creating a scalable brand that reshaped how South Africans shop and discover fashion.
