Between 2018 and 2019, Depop experienced significant growth, reaching over 13 million users worldwide, with 90% under the age of 26. This surge necessitated a more robust and scalable brand system.
My role involved developing comprehensive brand guidelines that ensured consistency across all touchpoints, including CRM communications, social media content, and in-app campaigns. I also designed and implemented a CRM system tailored to Depop's unique community, enhancing user engagement and retention.
By aligning the brand's visual and verbal identity with its evolving audience and platform capabilities, I contributed to Depop's mission of empowering the next generation to transform fashion.
